DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please reply with clear photos of the damage and packaging along with your order details. A replacement will be printed and shipped to you free of charge.
LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the tube, please check with family members, household members, or neighbors first. If the package is officially marked lost or stuck in transit past the estimated delivery window, please email your order number and tracking information within 14 days so a replacement can be issued.
BUYER'S REMORSE / RETURNS
All sales are final. Because each fine art giclée print is custom-produced upon order, returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size) cannot be accepted. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or gets lost in transit, it will be replaced immediately.
